I liked the atmosphere and where it’s located. It’s a good value if you’re after somewhere inexpensive and clean with the basics covered, and you don’t need much more.

I didn’t expect a state-owned place to be this good. It’s better than many private farmsteads, and cheaper too. We rented a small house and gazebo for a reasonable price. The grounds are enclosed, quiet and peaceful, with pine forest all around and pines inside the property. The air is lovely, and it’s not far from the city. The house was in excellent shape, neat and well cared for. There’s carpet on the stairs, porcelain tile on the floors and walls in the ballroom, properly tiled bathrooms, and even a bidet.
The counselors are kind, and there are lots of interesting places to visit around the camp. They put on activities every day, with a pool sometimes. It’s a cozy, nice camp, though the food isn’t very tasty.
The counselors weren’t to my liking, and a lot of the 14-year-old kids behaved in ways that were alarming. We took my daughter home a week early. The grounds are beautiful, and the food is excellent.
In 2023, during the third shift, each child was allocated just one liter of water per day. The children were active all day in the heat, but there wasn’t enough decent drinking water. They were drinking foul-smelling, untreated tap water. Why couldn’t they provide drinking water for the children? There used to be water coolers where you could drink as much as you wanted.
