I had a very enjoyable stay, thank you. A few things could be better, though. It would help to have more staff who speak English, and for some team members to be more welcoming. Motion sensors for the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway lights would also be useful. It would be good to have the option of entering on your own after check-in. Staff currently have to stay on duty around the clock, so when guests come back late at night, they have to wake someone up, which understandably causes frustration.

Hostel Center is a new, affordable place in Grodno's historic Old Town, with an ultra-modern kitchen. Staff at the front ask guests to wear slippers because the floor is brand new. My one concern is that the Wi-Fi is NOT SECURE! Watch out for Hacker Sniffers!!! A secured WIFI software offered by many VPN services can help protect against Hacker Sniffers and fake routers.

The hostel is on centrally located Sovetskaya Street, and the amenities have been carefully thought through. My capsule was spacious and had a shelf and power outlet. The mattress and pillow felt fresh and clearly had been updated. Everything was very clean, with regular, thorough cleaning. The dining room has a kettle and dishes, and tea, sugar, and cookies are provided. A big thank you to the administrators, Katya and Yulia, for being so kind and attentive. I was in Grodno for the first time and only for a short stay, but I wanted to see as much as I could. They explained everything and covered all the details. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I wish the hostel lots of success!
