The location is ideal, with cafes and a pedestrian street nearby. Our standard room was simple, but the air conditioning and blackout curtains were welcome, especially since the windows face right onto the sidewalk because of central Grodno's architecture. The internet worked flawlessly, and they quickly sorted out our ironing issue. Contactless check-in is a real gift for introverts who'd rather avoid extra hassle at reception. Just bear in mind that if they say your room is available from a certain time, the programmable lock won't accept your code before then, not even a minute early. Thanks to the owners. If we return, we'll stay here again.

The room stayed at a comfortable temperature, and the materials used in it were really nice. I also liked that the hotel seems to run on its own, with no one at the entrance, almost like being at home, though you can write to them if anything comes up. Still, the price for a night felt too high. For that cost, disposable toiletries and food are noticeably missing. In room 13, the TV remote batteries were dead, and the remote was the only entertainment there. There was nowhere to put things, with no closet or even shelves, and no shelf in the shower either. The air conditioner came with so little instruction that I couldn't tell if it was on, since it made no sound.

Getting in remotely with a coded lock is convenient, and the modern rooms have a comfortable bed, air conditioning, kettle, TV, armchair, desk, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The kettle water is tap water, though the hotel says it has a purification system installed somewhere, and the water looks crystal clear. The hotel sits in the heart of the city, close to the pedestrian street, cafes, and restaurants. But there's no parking on site beyond two electric vehicle spots, and finding a space on the narrow streets during business hours can be difficult. It's noisy, too: roads run along two corners, with cars passing close to the walls and people walking by. That was especially noticeable in my corner room, room 14. The shower stall is extremely cramped, with little room to turn around. There's no refrigerator or closet, and there's nowhere to put personal things in the shower. They require a photo of your passport at check-in, but the information they provide doesn't work. In the age of online scams, sending that photo doesn't feel pleasant. I also got a messenger reminder about checkout at 7:25 a.m., so it's a good thing my phone was on silent. It's fine for just sleeping, but feels neither good nor bad, and the amenities seem sparse for this price. I expected more.

The only real drawback was the Wi-Fi. The login and password are hard to remember, and the connection kept dropping, so I had to enter them again each time. Otherwise, we were delighted with our choice after a long time deciding where to stay in Grodno. The hotel has a stylish, modern Scandinavian minimalist design, comfortable furniture, and up-to-date fixtures and appliances. Checking in with a code was a little difficult, but we got quick help and the service was excellent. There was a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Everything is close by, with the sights, a pedestrian street, and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A wonderful hotel, highly recommended!
