The place is peaceful, with a warm feel and friendly hosts. We had the shower, bath, and steam room, all the basics for a comfortable stay. And the shashlik and Greek salad were delicious, almost too good to eat.

The property was lovely, clean, and had such a cozy, home-like feel. I booked it over Viber for my son's birthday, from abroad since I don't live in Belarus, and arranged for 30 people without seeing it first. I was delighted with how it turned out. The owner and his wife cooked for us and took special care of us. Since it's a small place, we got all their attention, and every guest loved it. The food was excellent.

Breakfast is served in the house across the street, and you can spot the place from the highway by the lit-up letters "Khutor." We rented the whole house, one of three on the property, for a few days. It had three bedrooms, a sauna, a huge dining table, a kitchen, plus a grill and barbecue on the outdoor veranda. There was even a jacuzzi. The host was very pleasant, and the setting was really quiet.
