Lida Drayv Plyus Hotel

We really liked our stay. The staff were so friendly, and special thanks to deputy director Teresa for being so warm with the guests. Our room for two was quite spacious and had a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, and air conditioning. Wi-Fi connected without a password. The hotel is in a green area, with two parking lots, courts, and a bathhouse on site.

We won't be coming back or recommending this hotel. The first of our two rooms had a broken toilet, so we had to switch to a room overlooking the terrace. A group having breakfast there woke us in the morning. Then a wedding kept us awake almost all night in the second room: loud music went on until three, and afterward drunken guests loitered under the windows without regard for anyone else. The guests aren't really to blame, this is on the hotel and its staff.

At 95 BYN a night, this place is far too expensive for what you get. The rooms are cramped, the glasses were dirty, and the soundproofing is so poor you can hear a neighbor snoring. The shower had a filthy stained carpet, the toilet leaked, and there was no refrigerator in the room. Bedroom windows face a terrace where noisy groups can gather. The reception staff were often nowhere to be found, which made it feel like nobody cared. It was quiet during the day, but music blared at night. We were exhausted from the road and only stayed one night, so we managed to pass out despite the noise. We chose it for an overnight stop because of the high ratings and good reviews. It doesn't even deserve a C. I really don't recommend it.

There are tables in the courtyard where you can sit, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and cozy, excellent for the reasonable price. I recommend it.
