Aden & Business Centre Minsk Hotel is located in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial Velikii kamen Park, 4.5 km from the airport and 25 km from the city of Minsk.
Location
The hotel has 135 rooms designed and executed in the style of Chinese architects, designers and engineers, who were inspired to create the facility by Belarusian nature, traditions and culture.
The special atmosphere of the hotel is given by the halls with high ceilings, glass and interiors in natural pastel colors. In all rooms, the designers tried to recreate the atmosphere of comfort and tranquility that nature gives people. The hotel has many tapestries and paintings depicting natural landscapes, a natural palette of colors with bright accents in the interior and an abundance of living greenery both inside and outside the hotel.
The Aden & Business Centre Hotel offers conference spaces of different capacities, banquet halls for any event, as well as accommodation in standard and comfort rooms with or without a balcony, overlooking the forest or the park, as well as two—room suites with a separate bedroom and bathroom separated by a glass partition. The service was a BIGGGGGG fail. I’d give it a BIG ZERO, 0, if I could. There’s no room service, and the only restaurant shuts its kitchen before taking the last order. I ended up going to bed hungry. I saw a woman working there asleep in a corner of what looked like the dining room, and I couldn’t tell whether the two people in the picture were staff or just hanging out together. Communication was difficult because they barely spoke English, and the service wasn’t up to standard. There are no other bars or restaurants, and the one restaurant closes at ten o'clock p.M. The corridors were dark, with the electricity off. I’d rather have a driver take me 30 minutes into the city for service at any hour than stay here. The Chinese management should pay attention to the hotel and make sure guests get proper service. It felt like nobody was responsible for that.

The room was really spacious, and I loved the rain shower, soaking tub, and amenities. It’s close to the airport, though quite a way from most other places, including the train station.

As an overnight stop near the airport, this place has no competition. The location out in the suburbs does have its limits, though. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, the service was good, and there was a generous buffet for May. Great hotel!

The breakfast is a real feast, and the staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a gym and sauna in the morning. The hotel is new and cozy, just five minutes from the airport. I also loved walking the nearby forest paths, even in the rain. A great place to stay overnight when flying through Minsk.

Our guests came from different cities, and we were able to accommodate them all at the hotel. We held a small wedding dinner at the Aden Business Center on February 14, 2025, and were so happy with our choice of both the hotel and the hall. Everyone enjoyed the celebration. The food was delicious, especially the European and Chinese dishes, and the interiors look beautiful in wedding photos ❤️. We’re grateful to the whole team, from Natalia, the event manager, to reception and banquet staff. They made every interaction easy and paid attention to our requests and the details. The management even congratulated us personally. Such a professional team!
