The rooms were filthy and in poor shape: the bathroom looked unclean, the forks, mug, and kettle were dirty, and the carpet was covered in hair and felt unpleasant, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The curtains were torn, chairs sagged, the TV didn’t work, and there was a strange musty smell. The adjoining guests behaved terribly, and the soundproofing was awful. I wouldn’t recommend even one night there. We booked rooms after being quoted one price and room type over the phone, but they offered different rooms at higher prices when we arrived. They said other guests had been moved to decent rooms, so why were we treated worse if we were meant to stay in those rooms? That was really rude. I didn’t even want to go into the rooms. Thank goodness they provided toilet paper. The rooms and hallways both need proper repairs.

This modest, cozy hotel is in a quiet, leafy part of the city, and the friendly staff have worked hard to earn the trust of Mogilev’s guests. Its 8.6 rating on booking.com is well deserved. Read the reviews there, they’re the most objective. The prices are modest and the surroundings comfortable, which brings in a wide range of guests. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and the friendly staff can suggest sights to see. It’s a nice hotel in a quiet area, with a market nearby and the Dnieper River within walking distance. Public transport gets you to the center in 10 minutes, and there’s a huge Euroopt supermarket 800 meters away.

Reception makes promises, but nothing changes. The radiators barely get warm, it’s cold, and the shower water is only lukewarm. The rooms look straight out of the USSR!
