The restaurant food was the best we had anywhere. We went for the roasted vegetable plate and BBQ pork skewers, and the coffee was great too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a charming log lodge style hotel and restaurant, with attractive grounds and a fun cafe. The standard rooms are comfortable and each has its own patio. Easy to stop in for a meal, or stay the night.

We picked this place for a relaxing evening. The food was very tasty, and the waiters were polite and attentive. There were 3-4 weddings happening at once, but somehow they didn't bother each other with the music or hosts. It's a really atmospheric place. There was one sour note during our meal: my friend and I ordered 150g of cherry liqueur, but got 100g and were charged for 150. That's a rude thing to do, and it makes you wonder how much they might short-pour when someone orders a lot at the bar. Still, even after that, we'll come back again.
