Leonid's farmstead

The house felt a bit cool inside, and it would have been difficult with kids. Otherwise, we had a great stay. We booked the sauna and loved it, and the breakfasts were delicious and reasonably priced. We took two rooms across from each other, sharing a bathroom between just the two rooms. Some reviews had called that a downside, but it didn’t bother us. It might have been less comfortable if we’d shared with other guests.

The location was perfect, with the castle a 10-minute walk away and other sights nearby. There’s also a supermarket, currency exchange, and pharmacy close by. Parking is plentiful, and the house has a kitchen, billiards, sauna, iron, and hairdryer, plus a barbecue and gazebo in the yard. The room was cozy, with new furniture, good bed linen, and sparkling cleanliness everywhere, always! It’s a shame the bathrooms aren’t ensuite, but I recommend it.

The friendly host met us on time, and the stay was convenient. We had everything needed for a comfortable visit: clean bedding, a TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, and kitchen. It gets a bit noisy in the morning since the house is on a main street, and at night if the neighbors’ dogs keep you up.

A big thanks to Leonid for the delicious, filling breakfast of kolduny and pancakes with cottage cheese. If that’s what you want, don’t hesitate to pay for it! A family who’d booked rooms at “U Lenonida” several times before was staying there at the same time, so people do “vote” for this place. The main pluses are the location and how clean and tidy the house and grounds are. It’s practically central in Nesvizh, about a leisurely 10-minute walk to Town Hall Square and no more than 15 minutes to the castle. I wouldn’t call a house with a plot “Agro”, it’s just a guest house with a small plot of land. We stayed in a first-floor room with courtyard-facing windows because the other rooms were booked. It was stuffy during the day and evening when it was 28 degrees Celsius (82 degrees Fahrenheit) outside. The room was cramped for three, and there was no air conditioning. The house has some rooms with private bathrooms and some with shared ones.
