The only real drawback was the heat. We were there in early August 2018, and the room had no air conditioning. Otherwise, the hotel felt modern and fresh, with spacious rooms and an extra sofa. The front desk was open 24 hours, and the staff were very helpful. I'd put it second only to the castle hotel, which is usually hard to get unless you book early.

The room was large and clean, the bathroom was nice, and there was plenty of parking. But I couldn't get decent rest. The regular rooms have no AC, and the windows have no mosquito screens, so in summer it gets too hot to keep them shut, but opening them means mosquitoes. The old city hall is right outside, with bells starting at 7 am and ringing every 15 minutes. There was also a drunk group on a nearby square shouting for half the night. Maybe guests whose windows face the other way have better luck.
