Breakfast was disappointing, the same for everyone, and the water barely got warm enough for a shower. But the worst part was room 203 on the second floor. I asked to switch before checking in, and the receptionist said it was her favorite. She was working on May 30, 2026, so she must have known about the family room for six in the attic above us. The noise from the stairs and all that banging overhead went on until 2:00 a.m. It felt outrageous, and I regretted not booking the cheaper Pinsky Dvorik, which the tourists in our group were very happy with.

The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well in room 109. It had air conditioning, robes and slippers. We chose the hotel for its central location, which worked out perfectly for our day and night there. From the start, the interiors looked lovely, and the receptionist was friendly and explained everything, arranged breakfast, and helped us park in the hotel lot. The hotel left a very good impression, though the breakfast at the cafe was only a C.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service there was top-notch. The rooms were cozy, with quality finishes, and the staff were attentive and responsive. We loved it all. Hope the place keeps thriving and expanding!

Room 107 was a miserable place to try to rest. It sat between reception and the hotel's back entrance, so people passed by constantly. There was no soundproofing: at 7 a.m. people ran down the hall and talked loudly, and we could hear reception, clinking cups, footsteps, bathroom trips and showers. The sewer pipes from the second floor seemed to run through the room, so there was always water noise. At night, light came through the gaps around the door, and a green WiFi router light above the TV meant we had to sleep in masks. Someone also kept going to the window to smoke right below ours. The room itself was awkward and not cozy. You walked in straight toward the bed. It was called a two-room room, but the second room was only 4 square meters, with a sofa and table. It may have been meant for three people, but where would the third person put their things? There was just one closet with one shelf, and you had to step inside the closet to reach it. The window looked directly onto a wall, and there was no sunlight. The cold air conditioning seemed to be running to cover up a smell of mold or dampness. We asked to change rooms right away, but were told to stay one night and move the next day. No rooms were available then, so we had to stay. I don't blame the hotel for being full, but I do question the thinking behind building rooms like this. At least the central location was great, right on a pedestrian street, and we got a complimentary bottle of champagne for our birthday. Breakfast was at a nearby brunch cafe from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We had to reserve a time every day and pick from three options: English, with fried potatoes, two fried eggs, beans, sausage and bread, but almost no vegetables or sweets; European, with oatmeal and pancakes; or Fitness, with an omelet, fresh salad, and yogurt with granola, no meat. Having to pick a slot made it hard to sleep in, and I set an alarm each day, only to wake to the sound of running toilets. Unless you want an early meal, buying breakfast through the hotel doesn't seem worthwhile. For the same price you could eat whenever you like at any place in Pinsk, instead of having the same breakfast choice every day. On our last morning the cafe was so crowded we waited outside for a table, then waited a long time for food and ended up with cold coffee. If you stay here, don't take room 107!

The reception staff were great, explaining things quickly and helping with whatever came up. They seemed to genuinely care that we were comfortable. The room was stylish and modern, like it had just been renovated, with quiet air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, a wide comfortable bed, and a shower with steady hot water and good pressure. For the level, the price felt more than reasonable, and I got more than I expected. We were passing through Pinsk with friends for the weekend, and the hotel's central location made it easy to walk everywhere. After an evening stroll, it was just a five-minute walk back to our room. A very pleasant surprise. I'd choose it again if I'm in Pinsk and recommend it to anyone looking for a night or a couple of days.
