Room 43. I stayed here during the Great Victory Day celebration, and everyone deserves a big thank you. Booking was easy, the welcome was warm, and the information, comfort, and cleanliness were all beyond a five out of five. I really can't see any reason for negative reviews. Wishing you health and a prosperous life!

The staff were kind and easy to talk to, and I especially appreciated how responsive and trusting they were. A huge thanks for making us feel welcome. The hostel itself is cozy and well cared for, with clean rooms, nice pictures, and an en-suite shower and toilet plus a balcony. The shared kitchen was tidy and had everything close at hand.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. After booking two months ahead and going over the dates, payment, contact details, and everything else with the hostess, I got no answer to my messages or calls on the day I was due to arrive. I couldn't find somewhere else at that point, so I had to keep moving and never got to see Polatsk. Completely irresponsible.

The hosts made us feel like family. It was quiet, clean, and cozy, and we'll definitely come back. Thanks to them!
