We come back to your spa every year as a family. The staff are so friendly, it's clean, the pool is warm, and tea and water are always available. It's our city's best spot for relaxing. Thanks for all the work you put in!

Right in the center, with a spa that has a steam room, dry sauna, shower pool with a waterfall, and tea. The rooms are spacious, with wide beds, snow-white linens, and an orthopedic mattress. There's also a tea set, electric kettle, and large LCD TV. Excellent hotel.

We were only passing through and stepped inside to sit in a chair. The woman at reception immediately told us people weren't allowed to sit there and sent us to a bench outside. Disgusting place and a disgusting way to treat visitors. Train the staff to act like professionals, instead of using that old Soviet-style "What are you doing here?" attitude.
