We loved waking up in the countryside, with the quiet and roosters in the morning. The guest house is outside Solegorsk, but we rented a car and reached Solegorsk in about seven minutes. It opened in 2024 and feels completely new and modern, even the taps and showers have sensors. Our room had a kettle, a good hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and a comfortable wide bed. There's no air conditioning yet, but they'll bring a floor fan right away if you need one. The reception girls were very friendly and helpful. We bought breakfast, with four menu choices, and the portions were large and filling. One small inconvenience for the girls: there wasn't a full-length mirror in the room or on the second floor, only on the first. It didn't spoil our overall impression.

The hotel is clean, modern, and pleasant, with comfortable beds and linens. The shower was cool, apparently because a small shared boiler can't quickly keep up with the hot water demand. The no-name Android TV was glitchy and very slow. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the awning is lovely.

The white linens and towels were so crisp, they reminded us of a hotel abroad. Our stay in Soligorsk was a pleasure, and we'll choose you again next time. It's a very nice, well-kept hotel, with spacious, clean rooms and everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and all the utensils.

They even waited for us to arrive by train before checking us in, and had bed linens ready for the sofa. We got an extra towel to sleep with, and there was water, tea, a washing machine, and everything else we needed. The place is super beautiful, clean, and new, with very polite staff. I highly recommend these hotel apartments. Most importantly, it was really clean 👌
