The yellow water and the house problems made the stay uncomfortable. My parents' house had large hornets, a loose faucet, and a door that wouldn't shut properly. In my cabin, the water was yellow too. I was kept awake by a bat under the roof, rustling and squeaking as it moved between the ceiling and roof from around 10 at night until 8 in the morning. I'd first been startled by another bat flying around my head before bed, but the caretaker helped with that one. The administrator, Anastasia, wasn't helpful and didn't come by to apologize when we left. I also posted a review on the official site twice, but neither was published after moderation. It only seems to show positive five-star reviews. The food was okay, but not worth 37 rubles a day.

My parents were at the campsite in August 2023. On their first day, the shower stall door burst apart because its frame was warped, and my father needed about 30 stitches. We made an official complaint. They said they weren't responsible for possible harm to health and offered only a discount for a future stay. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't even answer the phone. They also take cash for extra meals without giving receipts. I can send photos of the injuries, hospital certificates, and sick leave notes in a private message.

The lake is nearby, and the base has separate cabins. You can rent a boat, order food, or have a barbecue. It's a nice place, though there's still some work needed. In cabin 4, the bathroom door won't close, so there's a big gap. There aren't any chairs in the room or on the terrace, and the TV hasn't been set up.

The setting is lovely, with a beach and nature trail close by, and the small grounds sit right by the forest and lake. The linens and towels were clean. There are a couple of bikes and a friendly cat, and Yulia, the administrator and cook, was very helpful when I needed her. We stayed in a three-bed cabin in August. Nights got cold, especially when it was rainy, and there was no heating. The tap water looked yellowish, there were no window screens, and the lighting was very dim. There was a kettle but no mugs or glasses. After dark the grounds had no lighting at all. Food was another mixed point. You won't go hungry, but the quality didn't match the price. The photo shows a dinner for 12.60 Belarusian rubles, and it just couldn't be worth that much. That evening only a guard was at the base, with the food left on the table like that. I suspect it was from after lunch, when the cook had left. At least it wasn't hot, but it was still brutal. The eco-trail was a mess too, overgrown in spots, with fallen or unpruned trees elsewhere. Some of the ladders were rotten and broken.
