The amphitheater is just nearby, and there are plenty of lovely sights around. We stayed for the Slavic Bazaar and found the hostel very conveniently placed. Ira and Igor were welcoming and quick to respond. I'd recommend staying here to friends.
The only real hazard is getting around the dark lanes at night, since there are no streetlights and it would be easy to fall. Otherwise, it's a pleasant spot with a kitchen, shower and toilet, plus a nearby store with cans and the things you need. The mattresses are soft. I only got four hours of sleep, but slept well.
I slept so soundly, like I'd sold wheat. Even back in 1915 I couldn't sleep that well. Excellent!
Everything's straightforward and decent, and it isn't expensive. The people are nice, and it's clean.
The host is nice, a good place to throw down your bones and rest.)
