We arrived without a reservation and the receptionist helped us in fluent English. The staff were very friendly, and for the price we got more than expected. Instead of a standard hotel room, it felt like an apartment, with a large bedroom, a living room with a big corner sofa and TV, a study desk and chair, tableware, a large fridge and free bottled water. There was even a make-up mirror and chair in the bedroom. Everything was clean and cozy, and the AC let us set the temperature as we liked. The location is great, with a big grocery store, a riverside forest path for walks and a lovely church nearby. The hotel also offers breakfast, which we didn't try, and has a nice bar with barista coffee and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A very good stay, and I can recommend it.

I've stayed here for two weeks each year for four years running, and I have no complaints. It's in the city center and reasonably priced, though it's not a modern, high-class hotel. A few staff members speak English fairly well, and everyone is friendly. I like the quiet, laid-back feel.
