The restaurant team made the celebration run smoothly, from the timing of the food to the music. Our waitress was very attentive, and everyone was friendly and ready with suggestions. We booked a table a month ahead for my anniversary on March 7, 2026. The administrator listened carefully, talked me through menu options, explained the dishes and choices, and answered all my questions, so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. Thank you to all the staff for their work. My guests and I were very happy with the celebration!

Our anniversary went off without a hitch, and we loved it all. Elizaveta served our table. She was lovely, professional, and friendly. Top notch!

We celebrated the birthday on the weekend because, according to our passports, it fell on the previous weekday when we couldn’t get together. They advertise a 20% discount, but we didn’t get one. It feels like a typical scam. Never again, no victory.

The food was a real highlight. We ordered lots of different dishes, and everything was delicious and well prepared. The chefs deserve a big thank you, and special thanks to Konstantin Filippov. We spent New Year’s 2026 with our family at Victoria Restaurant. The table and food were presented beautifully, with greeting cards, congratulations, and good wishes. There was a buffet with chilled champagne and fruit at the entrance, plus a decorated photo area. The waiters were quick and welcoming, and the receptionist was smart, smiling, and knew her job. Prices were reasonable, and the whole evening felt cozy and well planned. The Father Frost and Snow Maiden show was another highlight. It was entertaining and full of interesting parts, and the children loved it and got presents. We can’t remember another place in our city putting on anything like it, and we have comparisons. It would have been nice to see the President of the Republic of Belarus’s greeting on the screens before the chimes, since that’s a tradition. The music could have been more varied too. Most guests were over 40, so club music didn’t quite suit the New Year’s celebration. There are plenty of performers with great songs, melodies, and lyrics, and the band that plays at the restaurant regularly would fit these events better. I highly recommend the restaurant, the best in Vitebsk.
