The Palms Oceanfront Suites

The suite was clean and roomy, with a kitchen and coffee. We especially liked the ocean view and the courtyard pool tucked among the foliage. It’s right by the dock and a beach without sargassum, and the restaurant suggestions were excellent.

We loved the Casita. It was cozy and had everything we needed, and the 12-unit residence was clean and well maintained. Everyone on staff was helpful, respectful, and kind. Our stay at The Palms went beyond what we expected, and we had no complaints at all. We’re definitely coming back!

We were there on vacation from Dec 3 thru Dec 9, 2024, and it was the best vacation. The view was amazing, and we always felt safe. Office staff, housekeeping, the grounds keeper, and security were all top notch. The service was unlike what we’ve received at any other hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, and I’d strongly recommend visiting and staying here.

This place felt like an airbnb, with a spacious room that never felt cramped. For our family of four, the two rooms and sofa bed worked perfectly. We had three cable TVs, three AC units, a stove with pots and pans, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Drinking water was free, and our first-floor room opened straight onto the beach. The staff were friendly all around, and the cleaning team did a great job. I also appreciated the ceramic tile floors and shower, Bed Bath and Beyond shower gel, and the thick towels and washcloths. There’s a small parking lot and a nice pool, but not much else on site. Pineapples is next door, and plenty of other places to eat are within walking distance. You may hear planes often because it’s very close to the airport. If you want a fancy resort with lots of activities, this isn’t the place for you.
