Tanya made us feel welcome, and even left us chocolate cake for our anniversary. Kenyatta helped with our laundry, too. We loved the cozy, clean superior suite, with its quality towels and great shower pressure. The saltwater pool was really nice, and we borrowed a kayak to go out on the lagoon. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

We visited in March 2023, and Jenny greeted us as soon as we arrived. She has a lovely personality and was so hospitable. The grounds were clean and inviting, with lots of trees, palms, bamboo, flowering plants, and birds. We spotted green parrots and hummingbirds, and Jenny could tell us which plants were edible or healing. Our room was spacious and very clean. The patio was a lovely place to have morning coffee and listen to the birds. There's a pool if you'd rather not swim in the ocean, and many restaurants and a grocery store are just a five-minute walk away. I'd recommend a visit, and I hope to come back :)

Maya Beach feels beautiful and safe, and the Belizean government has done a great job of helping keep people safe. Bayshore Bijou lives up to its Gold Standard with exceptionally clean suites, laundry, pool, and shared spaces.

Tania and her family were such welcoming hosts, and the place had all the comforts of home and more. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach, Mango's restaurant, the general store, and the lagoon, where you can catch a nice sunset, with plenty more nearby. Would definitely recommend.

A good spot to unwind and enjoy Belize. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh-baked bread and homemade mango jam, and the staff were very knowledgeable.
