Sandals Royal Curacao

This was our second visit to this Sandals location because we enjoyed the first so much. Unfortunately, my wife had a medical emergency. Being abroad, unable to speak the language, and facing something scary could have been a nightmare. The staff made it much more manageable, and I'm deeply grateful. The on-site nurse arranged for a doctor to assess her. Once it was clear she needed the ER, staff organized transport and made sure the hospital team received a smooth handoff, so I could focus on keeping my wife calm. One manager followed us to the ER to make sure we arrived safely and her information was passed along. He connected us with the night manager, who kept in touch and arranged our ride back. The driver even took us to a 24-hour pharmacy for the medication she needed to get home. It was 3 a.m. when we returned, exhausted, and the manager greeted us and offered help with anything we needed. The next morning, the incoming manager called to check on us and let us check out later so my wife could rest before the airport. As we left, she came out to see how we were doing. Her concern and the compassion shown by the whole staff meant a lot. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more caring group. I hope this gives some reassurance to anyone unfortunate enough to face a serious health issue there.

I really enjoyed my time at Sandals Curaçao. Dennilee was wonderful at both the pool and evening entertainment. Shaquille was a great host and made sure we were looked after, and Shaniece kept us refreshed with drinks every day. When Aneka felt something wasn't up to Sandals standards, she made it right. Ravin is the best hotel manager. This place is a must go, so book now!

The food was very good, with enough variety that everyone in our group could find something. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the turn-down service was a thoughtful touch at the end of each day. DenniLee from entertainment brought so much energy and fun. She was kind, and what really stood out was that she remembered everyone in our group throughout the week, making things feel personal. Nailone at the swim-up bar was great too, with consistently good cocktails and a fun attitude, even during busy afternoons and when our group had specific requests. Sandals Royal Curaçao was fantastic from start to finish. We'd highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

Nigel, Delano, and Navardo took such good care of us at Sandals Royal Curaçao. They were attentive and thoughtful, always making sure we had what we needed, and their kindness and professionalism added a lot to our vacation. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate everything they did.
