The sea-view apartment was spacious, with a nice-sized fridge and a balcony, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again when there are so many good alternatives. The living room had no AC and was unbearably hot; the bathroom felt muggy. They brought a fan after I complained, while the bedroom AC worked well. Basic things were missing. I asked for extra pillows and had to collect them myself. At bedtime I found there was no bed cover, so I used a towel. There was no hand soap or hand towel either. When I asked about soap, someone came to refill a bottle, but it was actually the shampoo and body wash. They said cleaning would happen every three days, yet staff showed up unpredictably and knocked loudly until I answered. I left the key inside so they couldn't let themselves in, after they had walked into the bedroom to drop off the fan while I was barely dressed. That left me feeling there were no privacy or security safeguards. Reception is in a small hut across from the restaurant. They gave me a WhatsApp number to contact them and a map showing which building I'd be in. The rooms are spread among different condo-style sections depending on the room type. I've stayed in hotels with exemplary service, and after that experience it's hard to come back to this one.

We bought a day pass, and the food was well prepared, the staff were nice, and the view was beautiful. The service, though, didn't seem to matter much to them. We ordered lunch, two cocktails, and appetizers. The appetizers took 45 minutes, the drinks arrived another 30 minutes later, and lunch came an hour after that. It took about two and a half hours for the lunch special, fries, and two cocktails. You can decide how you'd like to spend your day.

There were lots of thoughtful extras that made the stay feel special, including free bus and beach passes and inexpensive car rental. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the accommodations were great.

We booked a family-friendly villa with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a small kitchen with enough utensils for simple cooking, a little living area, and a balcony for relaxing. The pools included one about a meter deep, another at 1.5 meters, and a kiddie pool. The location was pretty good: there's a restaurant at the resort, a few restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk, a supermarket about 10 minutes away, a beach a few minutes away, and a hiking trail right behind the resort. You can arrange a car through reception. Reception service was simple, and there's no room service. We'd come back; overall it was an excellent hotel.
