Good-sized, clean room with a nice balcony looking onto the street. There was quite a bit of traffic noise, but it didn't bother us late at night. The location is handy for the Punda shopping area, restaurants, and the Market, and the bridge to the more touristy area is close too. I booked at the last minute and got a fair price, so it was a good experience.

Our room was very small, and we couldn't upgrade because it was Carnival week and the hotel was full. Still, Zainab deserves a shout-out. We were there for nine days, and she was always welcoming and helpful, and really tried to find a way to help us. When our safe had a problem, she came herself to sort it out. Thank you, Zainab. Lino and Mary Furtado. 😊

The room was spacious, clean, and otherwise fine, but my experience wasn't good. I arrived around 4:30 pm and was given a room that was still as the last guest had left it. They asked me to return in an hour, but it still wasn't ready when I came back. I finally got in at 7 pm. I asked about a late checkout for the next day and was told to come back at 10 in the morning to request it, then was denied when I did. I understand things can go wrong and the hotel was full, but please fix what's needed. I'll try the hotel again and hope for better service.

The location was perfect, close to everything in Curacao. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping always greeted us with a smile and treated us with care. They were so helpful and accommodating that they became like extended family. If you want somewhere to unwind while exploring downtown Curacao, this is it.

I checked in, saw the room, and was back out checking out within 15 minutes. This motel was disgusting, dirty, and smelled bad. The staff were unprofessional and the room was outdated. It was the worst booking I've ever made, and they wouldn't refund my money. They expect you to stay in filth and be okay with it. They have no integrity. Take my advice and don't waste your time or money.
