We arrived to find that the problems a previous client had posted about on Google reviews were still there. One room's key card didn't work, and although we were told we'd get a replacement, it never came. The beds weren't made for the whole stay, and the cleaning was awful, with dirty carpets and a dirty shower. The service was awful too. Maison Otis may have been a great place before, but since the new owners took over it's a disgrace and a place to avoid. There are plenty of other nice places to stay in Baie St-Paul. For your own sake, don't go there.

The location was perfect, with little artisan boutiques and restaurants all around, and we were in town for a ski trip at the Massif Mountain. It made for a magical weekend. I booked directly with the hotel and got a better price than online, which I was happy about. Everything else was lovely too: a beautiful, well-equipped room, very comfortable beds, high-quality robes and linens, and it was very clean. There were thoughtful touches like a handwritten card and designer chocolates. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the restaurant was five-star. I'd recommend the Burrata, real Italian cheese imported, and the risotto was to die for. Our server Dave was knowledgeable and efficient. I also appreciated the history displayed on the walls.

We came with an electric vehicle. There were several chargers in town, though we ended up using the Tesla Superchargers at the Germain hotel, just a five-minute drive away and open to non-guests. Our one-night stay at Maison Otis in September was wonderful. We'd hoped to stay at Le Germain, but it was sold out for our dates, so finding Maison Otis turned out to be a fantastic decision. It's a lovely historic building, a cozy little boutique hotel, very clean and well maintained. Guest parking behind the building was free, and the central location put shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Denis, the concierge who checked us in, was friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humour. We got an upgraded room with lots of space and incredibly beautiful high ceilings. Breakfast was included and delicious. The servers were friendly and accommodating when I asked for something special because of a dietary restriction. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We had such a treat at Maison Otis, and would definitely go back. The staff were awesome, and the restaurant food was great. Our superior king suite was beautifully appointed, with a super comfortable bed and lovely French doors opening to a deck with a small table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine in the sun. We couldn't have asked for more.

The breakfast was included in the price, and it was REALLY good. I can't stress enough how great the food was for a free continental breakfast, and the service was awesome too. The staff gave me amazing treatment, including a special welcome gift for my birthday. The rooms felt luxurious and were SO comfortable. A really great hotel, 10/10, stay here.
