The staff checked in with us and followed up to make sure everything was fine, and any small issues we raised were handled quickly and properly. Everyone was attentive, and we felt cared for throughout. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, the rooms were clean and matched the website, and the balconies were huge. I hadn't realized there was a full laundry in the unit until I arrived, but it came in handy after an accidental spill. There's even a small box of detergent. The one thing that couldn't really be fixed was the coffee maker. It didn't keep the coffee hot the way you'd expect, and a staff member said it only stays hot for a short time. The supplied coffee tasted good, but I'd suggest replacing the machines. Still, this was exactly the relaxing getaway I needed, and I highly recommend it. I'd love to return. Thank you!

The location and the lodging itself were much better than we expected, but the service from the women at the facility was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Our requests were immediately turned down because they said they were at capacity. When I said the drills and hammering right outside our rooms weren't workable, they suddenly found us an empty room. We barely saw anyone else during our three days there. At checkout, we asked for 45 extra minutes and got the same answer, that they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. We left at the original time. I've been a Hilton Honors member for decades and value the details and quality of the Hilton family. This was my first and only off-brand experience.

The pond and walking trail were beautiful and peaceful, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for. Staff at both check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our three-night stay overall. We were on the ground floor and could hear the guests above us very clearly, from footsteps and stomping to things being dropped. The soundproofing was almost nonexistent, and their morning activity woke us several times. For a hotel of this standard, we were surprised by how much noise came through. Better soundproofing would have made the stay perfect.

We were hoping for a quiet birthday weekend, but the noise made the stay stressful. After skiing, loud music from a neighbouring suite filled our unit so completely it felt like a club. We could hear every song and lyric. When we asked about a move or another solution, we were told to hope the group went to the village, and that noise complaints could only be handled after 11 p.m. The music stopped before 11, but heavy activity, shouting, and a worrying amount of fighting carried on well past then. We called it in, and it still took another 30 minutes to resolve. The next night was much the same, though there was no music, with fighting and shouting continuing past midnight. At checkout I explained how terrible the stay was, the worst hotel experience I've had, but there was little offered beyond that they were looking into it and disappointed to hear the complaints again. The response was much like the canned reply below it. I was told they'd try their best to improve things next time. Being asked to hope for a better stay in the future isn't a reasonable answer when the situation was serious enough that authorities should have been involved. The rooms at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Blue Mountain are cute, cozy, and clean, and the staff we met were friendly. The main problem is the noise passing between units and what seemed like no workable quiet policy. I wouldn't recommend it if you're celebrating something significant. If you do stay, I'd strongly suggest asking for a second-floor unit to reduce noise, and be aware this may not be a peaceful place. I wrote my original review after the first night, but we were booked for a second and the issues continued.
