The bedding had an unpleasant smell and made it hard to sleep. The room was so dim that it was hard to judge how clean it was, with just one table lamp that didn't work. We told management, who said they'd get back to us, but there was no help or response during our two-night stay. We changed the bulbs ourselves on New Year's Eve. The master bathroom sink was tiny, and the shower pressure was barely a drizzle. After skiing or snowboarding all day, that was the last thing we wanted. The shared bathroom was tiny too, and there wasn't any bathroom on the second floor. This felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel or residence, and absolutely wasn't worth the price. For the same money, several standard hotel rooms would have been much more comfortable and better quality. An unfortunate lesson for the new year. Hopefully the owners make significant improvements so future guests don't have the same experience.

The service was great, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. We were right across from the Blue Mountain village, and buying activity bracelets through them saved us a lot of money. The rooms are showing their age, but we had everything we needed.

Wintergreen felt like a townhouse over three floors, with beautiful decor, lots of natural light, and high cathedral ceilings. It was amazingly clean and had more equipment than we needed, including a very nice BBQ on one patio, plus a stackable washer and dryer. There were two patio balconies, one looking toward Blue Mountain and the other over a golf course. Jody, our host, was accommodating and quick to respond. My husband and I stayed four days and had more than enough room in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's about a 20-minute drive to Wasaga Beach, and right across the street from The Blue Mountains. We'd definitely like to come back next summer with family.

The place is pretty close to the cable cars, though walking there can be tiring. You can get up early and drive to secure a spot. The rooms work well for a big group of friends on a ski trip, with most having around 4 beds and space for up to 2 people per bed. They were clean, and the sauna was amazing. One house had water leaks, but that's a common issue, so I can't blame them. A few rooms don't have lights, though the lamps provided were enough. There are board games, but I'd still bring my own. Great experience for the price.

There was lots of space for our large group, and the kitchen and living area were nicely furnished. The bunk beds, though, were the ricketiest I've seen, or maybe heard. They squeaked really loudly whenever the person on top moved even an inch.
