I stayed three nights, and nobody came to clean the room. The kitchen supplies were dirty, and the pillowcases, sheets, and blankets had yellow stains when I arrived. The whole place smelled like people had been smoking in it all the time, even though the front desk guy said my room was the most recently renovated one with a new mattress. That wasn't true. The mattress was hard as a rock and looked old from its turquoise color. The doors were locked every day at 8 p.m. Someone I worked with also said a crew had stayed there a year ago and all got bedbugs, though I can't verify that myself. I'm taking the time to write this because it was that bad. If you're trying to save money and comparing reviews, trust me, don't stay here. Spend the extra 40 dollars and get another hotel in Bonnyville.

Even the non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The entrance door and my room door were filthy, so I can only imagine what the rest of the place looked like.

Management was kind, and the room was clean. It's conveniently located, and I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Bonnyville.

I was followed home twice by people who live here. Now I have no home, I'm missing, and I'm homeless. So, thank you.

The cleanliness was awful. There was still dirt on the bathroom counters and floor, the bedding and towels were stained, and the pillows were yellow. The kitchen wasn't any better: the stove burner was covered in grease, the oven didn't work, the pots stored inside the stove were dirty, and both the microwave and fridge were dirty. The AC barely worked, and the hallways weren't very clean either. Nobody cleans your room, and you have to ask for sheets. You're expected to take your own garbage out and put it in the hallway. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.
