The girl at the desk couldn't find my reservation when I showed up, and when I went back to check, it still wasn't found. That left me scrambling for a last-minute place and cost me hundreds. The room heater was very loud, I got bedbug bites on my back, and I couldn't run the heater and kitchen appliances at the same time. Go here if you have no money and need to save. Otherwise, don't.

At check-in, the front desk was quite rude and said I'd be charged twice for the room if I even sat on the other bed I had paid for. I doubt they clean between uses. This hotel is a health hazard.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the room needed upkeep. It was outdated, with holes in the walls, leaking toilets, and mold in the bathroom. There was dog poop all around the building.

I stayed in room 116 for two nights, starting on November 15th, 2024. I turned the heat up during the day, then came back late to a nice warm room and checked the sheets and bed covers. They were discolored. When I lifted the box spring, two big bedbugs came running out. They hate heat. My wife and I got out of there, and even one of the managers saw them. They tried to give us another room, but I said no. kehewin still gives people from our nation those rooms to stay in, and that's not right.
