Disgusting staff and a gross place!

The bed was the only thing I liked. They’d been working on the toilet and left it that way in the room they put us in. The water was rancid, the A/C didn’t work, and the heat was on. They didn’t even leave enough sugar and creamer for one cup of coffee. I’m so disappointed. Never wasting my money here again.

The room smelled bad, and there was plenty more wrong. During the whole week, the sheets weren’t changed, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, and the same piubes sat on top of the toilet tank. They didn’t wash the towels either, just folded them again and hung them back up. The only thing that was okay was the cable on the old-style TV.

It stinks, and the staff aren’t friendly.

They really need to fix this place up. The VLT lounge is nice, but there’s no restaurant. You can’t get coffee or tea, only alcohol.
