Corporate Stays Underwood Apartments

I’ve been at The Underwood for eight months and have had a great experience with both the building and management. The location and amenities are excellent, and management regularly creates chances for residents to connect. They’re also generous with little extras around holidays like Christmas and Easter. I’d definitely recommend it.

The furry friends around the building are a lovely bonus, and we really enjoy living here. Our apartment and the building itself have been great. After visiting lots of places while looking for somewhere to rent in Calgary, The Underwood stood out by a wide margin. The whole process, from the open house viewing through moving in, was smooth and efficient, with no issues. I wanted to add more pictures because my earlier ones didn’t show just how nice it is. Hope this helps other renters, I know apartment hunting can be a pain!

The rooftop setup looks like a real highlight, with a gym, yoga space, and outdoor amenities. I’m also excited about the food hall planned for the lower level. From the presentation centre, floorplans, and exterior, this looks like a great addition to the area.

We moved in during Oct'25, and the move was well accommodated. Three months later, the building is still clean and well maintained, and the residents are super friendly. The facilities on 30 are good, and they even set up a Xmas wrapping station before the holidays. Love living here!
