Marquee on 16th

Living at Marquee 16 was a really good experience. The suites were comfortable, the building stayed clean, and the location worked perfectly for me. Caira and Tatjana on the management team were especially great, always pleasant and professional, and quick to step in when I needed help. Thanks to the whole team for making it feel like a good place to call home. I’d recommend it.

We came back for a second stay at Marquee, and the friendly tenants and strong building security made it a comfortable visit. Our corner suite on the 9th floor had a stunning view, and downtown amenities and tourist spots were easy to reach. The bus station was only about a 3-5 minute walk away. Caira helped us with office matters, Ate Gema kept the unit in good shape and helped us throughout, and Kuya Sherwin was our person for unit questions. Everyone gave genuinely caring service.

The location is really convenient, and the building is kept clean and in good shape. The staff have been friendly and helpful too. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend the apartment to other people.

The fresh, spotless feel of the property and the new furniture made the space comfortable as well as stylish. Caira was attentive and friendly throughout my stay, and went out of her way to make sure things were right. I also liked being able to walk to downtown and explore the area easily. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily return.
