My coworkers and I used to book several rooms here regularly because it was clean and good value. We've taken our business elsewhere because of the receptionist, who says she's a manager, and her repeated rude and disrespectful behavior. Once, she tried to charge my card twice for a booking we'd already paid for. When I politely pointed it out and the mistake was confirmed, she argued and didn't apologize. I also asked three weeks ahead for a ground-floor room for a coworker with mobility issues. When I said I'd book elsewhere if she couldn't guarantee one, she got defensive, denied what she'd said, and argued instead of helping. After I left my power bank in the room, her follow-up was careless and the item wasn't recovered. She didn't follow basic lost-and-found procedure. The hotel itself is clean, but this person's lack of courtesy, accountability, and care with guests' belongings is hurting the experience. Management needs to address it.

My mom and I have stayed here about five times, and she was here twice just in the past month. It's always been a good hotel, but today was awful. They treated her as if she were a thief, accusing her of taking two small towels when they may simply not have been put in the room. They searched through all her belongings, even her vehicle.

We stayed here for the first time over the weekend and really liked it. The rooms were a good size, the air conditioning felt great, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

At $88, the price was very good, and check-in was pleasant. The room was clean and in decent shape, with a comfortable bed. The walls are thin, so I could hear people in other rooms. Breakfast was self-serve, with bread, bagels, and cold cereal, but seating was tight: two small tables in reception, enough for six people. They were doing the best they could with what they had, but the coffee urn was empty and nobody was around. We shouldn't have had to bang on a door to get someone to make more.
