I kept my boat there last year and had a good experience. The marina was tidy, well managed, with no theft, and had a decent community. It has Cowichan character, not all polished, but real and decent. The location gives great access heading north, south or east. I’d go back if they weren’t full. Most marinas around here need some updating. If you want perfect, Mill Bay will put you on a wait list at twice the price.
