Ezra was great at check-in. She carefully explained the room’s instructions and amenities, all with a smile and real courtesy. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable rest. The hotel is easy to get to and has beautiful mountain views.

We’d read the noise warnings, but didn’t have any noise problems during our stay. It might be different if there were a live band in the bar. Our room was large and comfortable, and the bed and linens were great. We really liked this hotel and recommend it.

The suite had three beds, just what we needed, and they were super comfortable. The room was clean, and service was great: they called to let me know it was ready two hours early. You can walk to everything in Creston from here. We’d absolutely stay again. Great spot.

We were on the road for 11 hours and asked Ezra and Rashmeet at reception where we could unwind. They recommended Jimmy's Pub and Grill inside the Creston Hotel, and they were right. The food, beer, wine, and service were all top A+. They also steered us to Buffalo Trail Coffee House across the street when we asked where to get the best coffee in Creston. We tried it, and they were right about that, too. Our queen room was spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and had a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel, a historic landmark, has recently been fully renovated. This was our first stay at the Creston Hotel & Suites, and we were impressed with the whole experience. The staff were wonderful, service-minded, and always smiling. If you’re after comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price with good service, we highly recommend it. We stayed March 26/25. Richard & Betty B. Rimbey, Alberta

Our suite was roomy enough for an extended stay, and check-in was smooth after a warm welcome from a very kind staff member. We stayed for a weekend wedding and were really impressed. The suites are in a separate building across the street. It was easy to hear activity from neighbouring rooms and outside, though maybe we just had especially rambunctious neighbours. Parking by the suites building is limited, but you can park on the street or in the hotel’s main lot.
