Delta Hotels by Marriott Dartmouth

The whole conference came together smoothly, and the food at the hotel was outstanding. Roberta was so sweet and made great drinks, while Jennie at the front desk helped us plan for a possible winter storm. Everyone on the team was wonderful to work with. Adam deserves a special mention. He was responsive, personable, and made booking a work conference easy. It’s clear he cares about giving people a great experience. The Delta Dartmouth is lucky to have him. Thanks for making the planning and the conference itself so seamless.

I liked the place and would come back, especially now that I know what to expect. It’s clean, friendly, and pet-friendly, with shops nearby. I haven’t tried the food. For one person, the king room was the only option available, and $195 wasn’t outrageous. The deposit caught me off guard, though. The booking page showed the room total with tax, but not the $200 deposit I was told would be refunded after checkout. My card was charged over $400, which I was lucky to have available. Apparently the fee is in the policies, but it wasn’t included in the confirmation email’s charge breakdown.

As a Gould member, I was upgraded to a suite, which doesn’t always happen, and the value felt well worth the money. Daniel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and even emailed ahead to confirm I needed two rooms. Harjeet, the after-hours housekeeping staff member, was friendly and made me feel comfortable asking for things. I called for regular Nespresso pods and he brought plenty, along with water and towels. When I called again two days later, the service was just as quick. Everyone I met at the desk or in the hall seemed eager to help. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The fitness facilities were easily the best I’ve seen at a Delta hotel. My room was clean, spacious, and well appointed, and as a titanium Bonvoy member I was upgraded to a king suite. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a great Marriott property in Dartmouth. The one downside is the location, since popular tourist attractions are a short drive away.
