Still Point Lodge & Cottages

We felt at home in these cottages and suites. Everything was clean and spacious, and the gardens were lovely, with hummingbirds wandering around. It's close to a beach where you can watch the tide, and just 10 minutes from Digby, its restaurants and food markets, and Bear river village. The hosts were welcoming. A peaceful, relaxing place to stay while visiting Digby and the area. Thank you.

Still Point went well beyond what we expected. They were generous and so helpful, even though the problem came from my own mistake, and they handled it wonderfully. Most places get five stars for simply meeting expectations. Still Point earned them by going above and beyond. If you're staying in the area, I wouldn't consider anywhere else. You shouldn't either.

We stayed three nights in Eagle View cottage while travelling the east coast, and I wish we'd had more time. The view of the Bay of Fundy from the balcony was beautiful, with spectacular sunsets. We were out on the deck with our host Laura when a couple of eagles showed up, such a lovely welcome. They appeared many more times while we sat outside. The cottage was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. It's ideal for two couples, with two large private bedrooms, each with a full ensuite. Check-in and check-out were easy. Thank you Laura & Gavin!

Our only regret was booking just two nights. There's so much to experience nearby, and Still Point's location made it easy to get around. Trails for walking and running are close, as is the beach. The cabins are far enough apart for privacy, and the setting was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. My daughter and I stayed in Riverview Cottage #2 in September. It was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the tranquil porch and its wide, beautiful river view. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and this was one of our favorite places to stay during our travels through Nova Scotia.
