Wingate By Wyndham Dieppe Moncton

We stayed two nights at the Wingate by Wyndham in Dieppe Moncton, from August 15 to August 17, and had a very good experience. The free city parking behind the hotel was convenient, though it has time limits, so check the signs or ask the front desk. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, just right for a short visit. Breakfast was included, with enough variety to get adults and kids started in the morning. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and made both check-in and checkout smooth. I'd definitely recommend it to people visiting the Moncton/Dieppe area.

We really enjoyed the stay. The staff were super friendly, the prices were excellent, and the quality was great. Breakfast was wonderful and had plenty of choices.

The price was excellent for what we got. My room and the hotel were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and really listened when you talked with them. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety, though I wish it ran later than 9:30. I'd happily give this place two thumbs up. If you arrive in the early hours, the front doors are locked, so you may need to bang on the window to get a staff member to let you in.

The late pool hours were a plus, and we liked the patio at the back, which opens onto a space where kids can play. The location was great too, with lots of restaurants a short walk or drive away. We had a nice stay overall, and the place was not bad aside from a few issues. Service could be much better, especially asking guests about pet allergies and avoiding rooms with dogs or cats for people with severe allergies. Our room was very small compared with similar hotels, with so little space that you couldn't get to the bed from both sides. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly; we told the front desk, but got neither a fix nor an update. Breakfast choices were limited and there were no food labels, so you couldn't tell what kind of meat was being served. Having sugar syrup instead of maple syrup in Canada was strange. Despite those points, I'd recommend the place.
