Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel

The bar was packed, and it had a welcoming, together kind of feel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were professional and very kind to guests. There's also hotel transport to and from the airport. If you've just landed, this is a great place to stay, with people from many different countries and a high-quality experience. Definitely recommended, 10/10.

We had a wonderful meal at the Eclipse Restaurant. The food was cooked just right, and our server was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff throughout were friendly and professional. The free shuttle to and from the airport was especially convenient with airport parking closed because of construction. We'd gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

The restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are way above par. ARMEN, the supervisor, managed his shift and the people around him incredibly well. I've never seen customer engagement like that, and he made the whole experience for me. Thanks to him and all the staff for making my extended stay so good. I'll absolutely stay at the Sheraton again whenever I need an overnight stop. The airport is extremely close, which helps with logistics, though the jet blast isn't great.

During our one-night stay at Sheraton Montreal Airport, my toddler daughter had a frightening medical emergency. Around 11 p.m. she began choking badly in her sleep and vomiting continuously. I called reception and started to say there was an emergency and ask for help. Before I could finish, the receptionist angrily cut me off: “Oh we know you, it’s not your first time. I’m sorry mam, we can’t help. No room service is available.” I tried to explain that my daughter was choking and we needed emergency assistance, but he shouted that they couldn't help and I should call 911 myself. Panicked, I called while trying to steady her. When the responders arrived, front desk staff told them my room number didn't exist. The team had to call me directly to confirm the hotel and room details. I went into the corridor to meet them, where I found hotel staff arguing with the responders and making it difficult for them to reach our room. They delayed the team instead of helping during an emergency involving a child. My daughter was eventually taken to hospital on a stretcher, while staff continued acting aggressively toward the responders. There had already been a serious cleanliness problem when we checked in: the toilet was visibly dirty. I called reception, and a cleaner came up, but she seemed angry, refused to clean it, and took photos on her phone before leaving without fixing anything. When I went out again because her supplies were still in the hallway, she screamed at me, waved the photos in my face, muttered angrily in French, shook her head, and implied she couldn't clean it. Her behavior was aggressive and unprofessional, with no apology or empathy. The dirty room and poor customer service were bad enough, but the hostility during an obvious emergency is what I'll never forget. The staff were rude, seemed untrained in basic customer care, and showed no compassion even in a life-threatening situation with a toddler. I will never recommend this hotel. If you care about safety, cleanliness, and basic decency, book somewhere else.
