We feared for our safety during our one-night stay on Saturday, November 29th. My partner was worried about the kids and said he’d call the police. The maintenance worker used racial slurs, and I overheard him say he wanted to hit my partner with a pipe wrench. Another person in a white coat tried to calm him down, but the threats kept coming. The worker was aggressive, blamed us for breaking the toilet, refused to fix anything, and tried to intimidate us. The room was filthy, and most of the bathroom fixtures didn’t work. When we complained, the property manager was rude and dismissive, accusing us of causing the damage even though we’d only used the toilet once and showered our daughter. The booking and payment were also a mess: because of miscommunication, the deposit didn’t go through the company portal and we paid by debit. It was a frightening, hostile experience, far beyond just bad service. The staff were threatening and unprofessional, and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a family. I’m writing under a different name to stay anonymous.

Fresh breakfast is worth making time for here: eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast, hot and delicious, like my mom used to make. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, and the kitchenette is a real bonus for making quick meals instead of eating out every night. I book rooms for my crews regularly, and Best Maple Inn has been one of the easiest, most reliable places we’ve used. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, and check-in is smooth even when I’m juggling several bookings. Rates are especially good for longer stays. It’s hard to find this much cleanliness, comfort, and service for the price. I highly recommend Best Maple Inn for crews or long-term work stays.

Everything was easy and enjoyable, and the customer service was so good it reminded me what that’s supposed to feel like. Such a lovely place, with great people.

The staff and management were so courteous and helpful, and the included breakfast was freshly made and delicious. This was the best hotel or motel of our trip. Loved it!
