Chris went the extra mile and arranged adjoining rooms for our two-family Oilers game trip. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk back from the game thanks to the location near Roger's Arena. Breakfast was great too. Thanks so much!

The actual room was about what you’d expect for the price, and the housekeepers and maintenance staff were great. Continental breakfast was good, though sometimes cold. The front desk workers, however, were frustratingly rude and seemed completely incompetent. Different staff kept giving us conflicting information, and we had nothing but trouble with check-in and checkout. Spend a little extra to avoid this sad excuse for a hotel.

The loud music from a late-night party made it hard to rest. I called the front desk to report it, but nobody answered, which was frustrating and really hurt the stay. The hotel feels dated and could use updates. The basics were decent: the room was alright, the bed comfortable, the location convenient, breakfast serviceable, and staff were great overall.

My two visits here were both frustrating. On the first, I had booked and prepaid for a day stay the day before, but when I arrived, a staff member told me my reservation didn’t exist and gave me one excuse after another. I stepped away and called the reservation line as if I were just confirming before arrival. They found the booking right away and called the hotel to try to resolve it. In the end, I was refunded and turned away. I returned on February 16th for another day booking, and my deposit still hadn’t been returned. A gentleman helped me check in, and I asked how extending the booking worked and whether I’d need to change rooms when the day booking ended. He said an extension was possible and they likely wouldn’t move me. I said I’d get settled and come back down to pay for the night. When I returned, I had to deal with the same woman from my first visit, and she again tried to deny my reservation, first saying my room was no longer available and then trying to refuse payment. Once I told her another employee had said an extension was doable, she didn’t have much to say. Both times, this employee, who I believe was named komal but may have that wrong, refused to give me her name. I travel alone and treated her respectfully. Being denied a paid reservation and feeling discriminated against for reasons I can’t explain is disgusting. Thank goodness for the cameras that would have recorded her behavior.
