Timber Ridge Inn and Suites

Really clean everywhere, with nice staff and a very good breakfast. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fox Creek.

The lobby made a welcoming first impression, and the rooms had nice decor, earth-tone walls, and a high-quality feel. They were very comfortable, and everything worked properly around the clock, so my stay was smooth. Timber Ridge Inn & Suites is a strong choice in Fox Creek, especially for business and leisure travelers, including people in oil and gas. They clearly understand the needs of oil workers: the rooms have rags for wiping muddy gear, a small detail that adds a lot of value. Guests also get breakfast every day and complimentary dinner Sunday through Wednesday, which saves money and makes the stay easier. Timber Ridge Inn & Suites delivers a superior experience and exceeded many of the other options in Fox Creek.

The staff are fantastic, the beds are great, and breakfast even has real eggs in the trough 🙏🙏. I always have a great stay here.

We were asked to sign a “quiet waiver” at check-in, agreeing not to visit in the halls or socialize in public areas. It also said children couldn't play or laugh in the hotel. We had booked a block of rooms with four other families, and when we compared bills, three families had been charged higher rates. The front desk said it would “all work out in the end” when I asked why the same room had different prices, but the rates never matched. My credit card was overcharged by $89/night. The staff were nice, but that didn't make up for the lack of customer service or help. On arrival, there was a bag of rags on the floor that looked like someone's dirty laundry; the concierge told us they were for wiping things. I moved the bag into the bathroom and found a surprise in the toilet. At Timber Ridge, apparently, if it's yellow, let it mellow. I don't recommend this hotel for families or anyone under 65.
