The biggest concern for me was cleanliness. There were insects in the corners of our room, and although the friendly staff helped reduce them, the problem remained. The sheets seemed clean, but I noticed dust and crumbs on surfaces. The rooms also feel dated, though that didn’t bother me much since we only needed somewhere to sleep. Breakfast is included, but it’s served in your room and there isn’t much beyond pancakes, muffins, coffee, and maybe apples or bananas, with no protein options. It’s a small hotel that could work for a night or two if you plan to spend your time outside and around town. They also offer early or late checkout for about $20 CAD per two hours, which can be handy with current hotel policies. If insects and dust won’t put you off, you might find it suitable for a short stay.

The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and I slept really well in the comfy bed. I especially liked the bathroom, and the heated pool was a nice touch. The receptionist at the front was bright and bubbly, so the welcome felt good right away. The grocery store is only a short walk away. I wasn’t disappointed and would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was very nice, and the price was much better than the Holiday Inn. It’s close to everything, including nearby restaurants, and the marina with boat tours is about a five minute drive away. Starbucks is right across the street. The staff were friendly, and I’d recommend the place. My queen room had two queen beds, a microwave, and a small bar fridge. The woman who checked me in was genuinely nice, and the shower was a nicely updated modern insert. The bed was comfortable, but the automated checkout text came through at 8 AM and woke me up. I wish they’d send it at 9 instead, since being woken by a loud message on vacation wasn’t great. Also, the hotel has two levels, and the second floor takes about 20 stairs, so ask for the ground floor if stairs are an issue.

Tanya made us feel at home right from the start. The location is great, our room was clean and pleasant with enough towels, and the pool was very well kept. I’d certainly come back. Highly recommended!

The pool was really nice and clearly well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are great for what you pay. I was very happy with the stay and would absolutely come back and recommend the place. Thanks!
