Motel Les Pignons Verts

My room was in the refurbished addition of the new Motels and smelled fresh every day. It was made up and cleaned daily, and the kitchenette was welcoming, with everything you need. The staff are kind. If you're after luxury, though, find somewhere else.

The bed smelled so bad that my wife and I ended up sleeping in our coats on top of it, and the mattress was hard as a rock. There was hair on the towels and sheets. The room was dirty, with spider webs, wall stains, and thick dust in the shower corners. The paint was cracked, and neither the nightstand lights nor the television worked. This place is a dump. Spend an extra $75 and spare yourself the hassle of this unsanitary place.

We spent three nights here and had no issues. It’s quiet, though definitely not a luxury motel.

The newer section looks promising, but our room needed a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs, dusty baseboards, a dirty fridge, and hairs in the bed. The bathroom door and walls were dirty too, and the mattress was extremely hard. We asked about an accessible room and were told it cost $5 extra per night, but when we saw it, it looked just like a regular room. A plug with USB ports would be a small, inexpensive improvement. With proper cleaning and a better mattress, the place could have potential as a cute little spot, but as it is, I really can’t recommend it.
