The room smelled bad enough that I left the window open all night. At checkout, when I mentioned it, I was told it was the cheap room. Wow. It was the smallest room we’ve ever had for that price, and we’ve stayed in much better ones. It should have been for one person: there were only six inches to get out of one side of the bed, and I banged my elbow and twisted my knee. No microwave or coffee, either. The toilet seat shifted every time I sat down, and someone had to come fix the TV.

The rooms are spacious, and I liked having a little fridge and coffee maker in mine. There was a bit of a smell when I walked in. I’d suggest removing the carpets, since they can trap dust and many people have allergies.

Great place for motorcyclists, with easy access off TCH and good security for the bikes. It was clean and quiet, and I’ll stay there any time I’m near Grand Falls -Windsor.

The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. We were on the ground floor, though, and could hear every little movement from the room above. I’ve never had that problem in a hotel before, and it woke us a few times overnight.

The old room had a fairly comfortable bed, but being downstairs meant we could hear everything happening above us, every time someone did anything. At 7:30 there was no breakfast, and the front desk was closed. I’m guessing the person meant to be there had slept in. When we went back to shower before leaving, there was no hot water in our room, and apparently no one had hot water. We couldn’t call about it because the room phone didn’t work. The night cost $170. I’d never stay here again.
