We came all the way from Manitoba to visit Grande Cache after hearing Misty Mountain was a good place to stay, and we're glad we chose it. The service was lovely. The person who checked us in the first night was so kind and went out of their way to find us the best deal. We had a beautifully maintained room for one night, then moved to an even lovelier apartment-style unit that was spacious and well kept. They supplied everything we needed, from dishes and cooking utensils to towels, dish soap, and sponges. We aren't messy, so we didn't need housekeeping, but it was great that they offered it every day. The price was fair for such a good experience, and we've already talked about staying here on our next trip.

The gorgeous views added to the peaceful feel of my stay at Misty Mountain Inn and Suites. My room was comfortable and clean, with a nice tub and a handy kitchenette where I made dinner. The customer service was warm and welcoming from start to finish. I'd definitely return.

We got in after 1:30 a.m. and left in the morning. The beds and bedding were outdated, the pillows were terrible, and the tub had electrical issues. The deck felt completely unsafe and shook as you walked on it. My kids were afraid to go outside because they thought it might fall. There's a smoking can on the deck but no no-smoking signs, yet they charged $500 to our card for smoking there. More than $750 was charged to our credit card after we left. Absolutely ridiculous!

Here's the scoop: my wife, kids, and I absolutely loved our stay at Misty Mountain Inn & Suites. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Being right behind the Co-op grocery store was really convenient. The deep soaker tub was a hit, and the kids had their own room while my wife and I got space to ourselves. The staff were genuinely friendly. We don't get to Grande Cache often, but when we return, we won't even consider another place. Fantastic weekend, thanks!
