TownePlace Suites Hamilton

My stay has been delightful so far, thanks to the hotel team. Jimbe works hard to make breakfast outstanding, and he’s friendly and always ready to listen and help. Victoria and Jaden have been lovely too, always greeting us with smiles and hospitality. Lee and the other hotel keepers take good care of my room and its needs, and Viken always finds a way to make things happen. He never says no. To the staff I haven’t mentioned, my coworkers and I are very grateful for everything you’ve done to make our stay outstanding. God bless you all.

We spent over a week here while touring the GTAH. The front desk staff were always friendly and polite, and the room was clean. Shout out to the breakfast host, who went out of her way to make sure we had a nice time. I wish I’d gotten her name. The toilet was broken when we checked in. I called down, but nobody came, so I fixed it temporarily myself. The next day I spoke with the lovely housekeeping manager, and the maintenance technician arrived within an hour to fix it. The TV was supposed to support Chromecast, but that feature no longer works. It took three phone calls to finally get an answer. The young maintenance technician also came right up to help when he saw on camera that we were having a “user error” moment with the luggage cart. He was very nice.

The suite had plenty of space and everything we needed for a longer stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly, welcoming staff. Good location and excellent value. We’d definitely stay at TownePlace Suites Hamilton again.

We spent 35 days here while my husband was getting cancer treatment, and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. It was very clean, which matters so much during treatment, and the rooms were quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and whenever I needed something, they took care of it right away. Thank you Jaden, Lee, and Vinny. The breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the small top ups of hot food so it stayed hot. Pranesha and Jimmy were fantastic and always willing to help. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.
