There was plenty of parking, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was the usual kind of spread, fine for a short visit. The hotel is a few miles north of the city, and both the rooms and shared spaces were very clean. Our room had lots of space, good facilities, and a comfortable bed. A great budget option.

The kids loved having a spot set aside for mini sticks, and the small pool and gym were hits too. We were in town for a hockey tournament over March break, and the hotel was clean with great staff. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone. Wendy and Suki did an amazing job keeping it tidy and stocked, especially when they were making bacon. They kept bringing out food and cleaning the tables and floors. The hotel is handy for both Invista arena and Cataraqui arena. We'd definitely come back with a hockey team.

There weren't any rooms left at their hotel, but Aleisha, Honey, and Li-Ann still offered me water and called hotels along my route to help me find somewhere for the night. Since it was a holiday weekend, they had to try several places before finding an opening. They were so kind and helpful, and the service was outstanding. It's also well placed for the major routes.

Wendy and Bonny were the real bright spots in the kitchen. They were warm, engaging, and helpful, and you can tell they care about their work here. Their joy and kindness were a breath of fresh air. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful too, and the rooms were clean. The world needs more people like Wendy and Bonny.
