Housekeeping did a great job making up the rooms every day, and the hotel was clean and in a convenient spot. Special thanks to Brook for phenomenal service. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches BCMInns provided and will definitely be back.

The kitchenette had everything I needed, and the room was clean. Breakfast is complimentary and changes each day, which was nice. It stays quiet at night. Things pick up around 5-5:30 in the morning when industry staff get ready, but it was still pretty quiet. I'll stay here on future trips.

The beds are comfortable, and I usually don't have many issues when I stay here. One night a big spider was in my room just before I had to leave for work. The front desk woman, originally from Ontario, went out of her way to kill it for me since I couldn't reach it. Sorry I didn't get her name. The bathroom light switch is sort of broken and needs attention, but I told the front desk. I work nights, which makes daytime repairs difficult.

We had a lower suite because we were travelling with our dog, and being able to park right outside was great. The high ceiling was a favorite, and we couldn't hear the neighbouring suite. The building is beautifully built and we love the location. Staff were accommodating and the suite had everything we needed. We also logged into our Netflix and Prime accounts to watch our favourite show.
