The only thing I’d change is the bathroom setup. The shower is a little low and the tub sides a little high for me as someone with mobility challenges. A handheld shower and safety bar would’ve helped. Otherwise, the room was beautiful, roomy, well organized, and had an opening window for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The electronic pre-check-in worked exactly as expected, which hasn’t always been my experience at other hotels. It was a lovely, comfortable stay at a reasonable price, and close to everything important. I definitely recommend it.

We booked 13 rooms for a school basketball group going to provincials, and making the reservation was the easiest I’ve ever done. From my first call right through checkout, the service was amazing. The booking was affordable, accurate, and efficient, and they made last-minute changes without charging us. They even gave the team a place to hang out and play cards one evening. The hotel is older and could use a refresh, but it’s well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s a nice lounge. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and attentive to what we needed. I’d definitely recommend it for group bookings. Big thanks for the great service!

The breakfast was worth $40 for the selection and all-you-can-eat setup, and the staff were fantastic and super friendly. We’ll come back for our next show! ♥️ The Lovebullies

We had a great stay at Travelodge Lethbridge Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Front Desk Manager Preet Josan was especially helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lethbridge.

The room was neat and clean, and the location made it easy to get anywhere. Preet and Kamal were really helpful at check-in and explained everything about the room. Sandeep and Jashan, who were on the evening and night shifts, were very helpful too.
