Delta Hotels by Marriott London Armouries

We were in town for a hockey tournament, and the hotel made it easy for the team to spend time together. They set up a recreation room and put hockey nets in the gym for practice. We also enjoyed the little bits of history displayed around the building. The rooms were spotless, the pool and lounge were clean and looked after, and everyone was friendly at check-in. The valet was quick, helpful, and informative. We ate at the hotel restaurant too. The food was great, the service was fast, and the prices were reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in London.

The front desk and valet staff were great, but dinner was a letdown. The food was okay, though it came out incorrectly and at different times, and service didn't match the prices. The room was pretty nice but a bit dated. The AC never seemed to cool it down properly, and there was no ice machine on our floor. The closest one wasn't working either.

The pool area even has mini-putting, which was super fun. For food, the bar is worth a visit for the tasty drinks and yummy appetizers, and the breakfast buffet had everything we wanted at a reasonable price. We got friendly, pleasant, accommodating service, including help with our last-minute reservation. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well appointed. We used valet parking for peace of mind in this not-so-great neighbourhood. For just a small difference in price, it felt worth it.

Sue at breakfast in the lounge was so kind and made us feel special. She even remembered us from our visit two years ago. That kind of welcome is a big part of why this is a great hotel to relax and enjoy. We stayed three nights at the Delta Armouries London. A friendly, helpful female supervisor greeted us at the front desk, though I didn't catch her name. Jay at reception upgraded our room and gave us lounge access. The room was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Thank you!
